From 1st October, 2011, Unitel offically provides consultacy on socio – economical information by calling 107 switchboard. Accordingly, customer can achieve all information he need or feels difficult to find from others mass media about general economy, society, culture, education or entertainment, etc…
The service is served 24/24 hours every day from Monday to Sunday by professional and experienced staffs, together with huge information source ready to support the customer. This service is applied for Unitel’s subscribers only and will satisfy even the hard to please customers.
The service fee is applied as below:
- From 1/10 – 31/10/2011: Free to call
- From 1/11 – 31/12/2011: 300kip/minute
- From 1/11/2012: 1,500kip/minute
