December 17th, 2010, at the National Culture Hall, Vientiane (Laos), Unitel has handed over the 500 education points connected with Internet - the result of the first phase of project “Internet to school” to Ministry of Education and Training of Laos.
The children of Lao national heroes and families who have devoted to the revolutionary movement countrywide will be awarded special consideration and will be able to work with Unitel’s branches in their own localities.
October, 2009, Unitel officially grants the sponsorship of 27,000 USD to the Disabled Children School in order to help them improve living and studying condition.
